THAT Report PWO-10/23, as amended, of Ben Kester, Director of Public Works and Operations be received for information; AND THAT a copy of same be

THAT correspondence from the City of Cambridge regarding Highway Traffic Act Amendments be received for information.

THAT Report DS-52/23 of Kyle Rainbow, Director of Development Services re: Acton Industrial Subdivision / Pioneer Industrial Park Outstanding Development Securities received for information; AND THAT Committee approve the developer’s request to replace the subdivision financial security of $120,415 with cash which will be forfeited to the Township to engage our own contractors to complete the works.

THAT the Planning Committee direct staff to work with the Township's Planning consultant to investigate the inclusion of wording regarding outstanding development securities into future Development Agreements.

THAT BL-05/23 of Hilary Williams, Manager of By-law Services be received for information; AND THAT the Administration and Emergency Services Committee deny the exemption request to the Kennel By-law by Mr. Darren Plummer based on proximity to residential areas and distance to neighbouring dwellings/properties.

THAT the Administration and Emergency Services Committee direct staff to investigate the Township of Uxbridge Kennel By-law: AND THAT staff come back with a report including noise mitigation measures that may be implemented to create opportunities for kennels to operate in the Township of Uxbridge.

THAT Report CL-25/23 of Debbie Leroux, Director of Legislative Services/Clerk be received for information; AND THAT the request for issuance of a Special Events Permit at 1389 Brock Road be denied based on the concerns outlined by Development Services, Fire and By-law Services within the report.
