THAT Report TR - 14/25 of Tobie Lee, Director Finance/Treasurer, regarding Development Charges – Treasurer’s Statement 2024, be received for information; AND THAT Committee approve the 2024 Treasurer’s Statement and post it on the Township’s website and make it available to the Minister of Municipal Affairs upon request.

6 THAT Report TR-17/25 of Tobi Lee, Director of Finance/Treasurer, regarding Parkland Reserve Fund – Treasurer’s Statement 2024, be received for information; AND THAT Committee approve the 2024 Parkland Reserve Fund Treasurer Statement, and it is available to the Minister of Municipal Affairs upon request.

THAT Report TR-12/25 of Tobi Lee Director of Finance/Treasurer regarding Trust Funds financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, be received for information; AND THAT Committee approve the 2024 Trust Fund financial statements.

THAT Report TR-13/25 of Tobi Lee, Director of Finance/Treasurer, regarding Consolidated financial statements for the year ended December 31, 2024, be received for information; AND THAT the Committee approve the draft Consolidated Financial Statements for The Corporation of the Township of Uxbridge for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2024; AND THAT the Committee authorize Staff to make public the final audited Statements for the fiscal year ended December 7 31, 2024, upon receiving the final Consolidated Financial Statements.

THAT Report TR-20/25, as amended, of Carly Somers, Deputy Treasurer, regarding Investment Policy Update be received for information; AND THAT Committee approve the Investment Policy as attached; AND THAT staff be directed to arrange an internal meeting to discuss the future of the Township's investment strategy.

THAT Report RC-10/25, as amended, of Amanda Ferraro, Director of Community Services and Courtney Clarke, Director of Public Works, Parks, and Trails, regarding Community Services and Public Works Rates be received for information; AND THAT the By-law 2024-105, Being a By-law to Establish And Requiring the Payment of Fees and Charges for Information, Services, Activities And Use of Township Property, be amended to remove the Schedule ‘G’ – Public Works and Operations Department rates for 2025 and 2026; AND THAT a By-law be brought forward to Council for consideration on June 23rd that incorporates the Public Works 8 Fees, including Parks and Trails, with the Community Services Rates By-law; AND THAT the following amendments be included in Schedule A rates under the Music Hall heading:  #5,6,7: remove fees under notes (i.e. remove the wording “– Lights $63.00, Sound $99.00 P.A. System only (Does not include mics, stands, monitors or cables)”  #17: change the wording from “piano with bench” to “digital piano with accessories” and change the fee from $18/day to $25/day or $100/production.  #19: add to notes “based on volunteer availability”.

THAT Report RC-14/25 of Hunter Gardner, Carolyn Clementson, and Corrinne Morrison, regarding Swim and Skate Pass Lending Program be received for information; AND THAT Heritage, Arts and Community Programs Committee endorse the proposed partnership between the Community Services Department and the Uxbridge Public Library to implement a Swim & Skate Pass Lending Program; AND THAT Staff report back to Committee following the completion of the pilot program with recommendations for future considerations.

THAT Report RC-11-25 of Katlyn Jones, Manager of Cultural Services, Tourism and BIA, regarding Uxbridge Historical Centre Digital Strategy Plan 2025, be received for information; AND THAT the Uxbridge Historical Centre Digital Strategy Plan be adopted by Council.

THAT Report DS-23/25 of Jake Locke, Senior Building Inspector/Plans Examiner, regarding proposed designation strategy for non-designated properties listed on the Municipal Heritage Register, be received for information; 10 AND THAT Development Services staff continue to work collaboratively with the Heritage Advisory Committee to advance the review of non-designated properties listed on the municipal heritage registry.

THAT Report RC-12/25 of Hunter Gardner, Arena and Recreation Manager, regarding Ice Allocation Policy be received for information; AND THAT Parks, Facilities and Tourism Committee adopt the Ice Allocation Policy and direct staff to implement the policy beginning with the 2025/2026 ice season.

THAT the Invest Durham Annual Report 2024 be received for information.

THAT Report CAO-07/25 of Judy Risebrough, Project Manager, Downtown Revitalization, regarding Uxbridge Downtown Revitalization Advisory Committee Communication Update, Planned Activities, be received for information. AND THAT this report be shared with the other Township Advisory Committees.

WHEREAS the Council of the Corporation of the Township of Uxbridge deems it desirable to declare surplus and convey real property legally described as: Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, Township of Uxbridge; designated as Part 5 on 40R-32886; Township of Uxbridge and; and Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, Township of Uxbridge; designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-32886, Township of Uxbridge NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT the Council for the Township of Uxbridge hereby declares the following: 14 1. THAT the property legally described as Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, Township of Uxbridge; designated as Part 5 on 40R-32886; Township of Uxbridge and Part of Lot 12, Concession 3, Township of Uxbridge; designated as Part 4, Plan 40R-32886, Township of Uxbridge 2. AND THAT public notice be placed in the local newspaper once a week for two consecutive weeks advising that the lands are being declared surplus and of the Township’s intention to convey said lands.
