THAT Report TR-18/24 of Carly Somers, Deputy Treasurer regarding 2024 Indexing of Township of Uxbridge Development Charges be received for information; AND THAT effective July 1, 2024 the development charges imposed on residential properties be increased by 1.5% as detailed in Schedule 1; AND THAT effective July 1, 2024 the development charges imposed on non-residential (includes commercial and industrial) properties be increased by 1.5% as detailed in Schedule 2; AND THAT the current charges will be collected for all development where a completed building permit applicable has been submitted on or before June 30th and for which a building permit has been issued on or before August 31, 2024.
