THAT the Planning Committee lift Report DS-54/20 of Brian Pigozzo, Chief Building Official, from the table.

THAT Report DS-54/20 of Brian Pigozzo, Chief Building Official (CBO), be received for information; AND THAT Council adopt the Funding Agreement set out by the Region of Durham to supply the Township of Uxbridge $60,000 to purchase rural address signs for secondary access points to rural properties; AND THAT the Township of Uxbridge staff provide for the GIS location of each sign requested; AND THAT Mayor and Clerk be authorized to execute the Durham Farm 911 Funding Agreement as set out in Attachment #2, subject to minor revisions as may be required by the Chief Building Official and the Fire Chief; AND THAT the appropriate Township staff be authorized to perform the required actions as noted in the report.
