THAT Report TR-29/25, 2026 Budget Overview be received for information;

THAT Report TR-30/25, Operating Results – Actual to Budget – September 2025 be received for information;

THAT Report RC-22/25 of Amanda Ferraro, Director of Community Services be received for information; AND THAT the Finance and Emergency Services Committee agree to the hiring and financial structure of the full-time Coordinator of Facility Operations and Senior Services for January 2026.

THAT Report RC 23-25 be received for information; AND THAT it is recommended that Committee approve the Music Hall Booking Policy. AND THAT the Operation Manual be updated to include this policy under section 2.1 – 2.3.

THAT correspondence from the Municipality of Wawa regarding an accessible and effective alcohol container return system in Ontario resolution - RC25170, be received for information; AND THAT a copy be forwarded to the Environment and Sustainability Committee for consideration; AND THAT a copy be forwarded to service groups, such as Scouts and Lions, who run regular bottle drives and may be impacted.

THAT the General Purpose and Administration Committee go into ‘In Camera’ at 10:49 a.m. as the matters to be discussed concern items regarding: A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Municipality - Item 1, 2 & 3

THAT the General Purpose and Administration Committee rise from In-camera at 11:11 a.m. with business to report.

That Report CAO - 14/25 be received for information; AND THAT Council support recommendations of Report CAO - 14/25.

THAT Report TR-30/25 of Tobi Lee, Director of Finance/Treasurer re Operating Results – Actual to Budget – September 2025 be received for information.

THAT Report RC-22/25 of Amanda Ferraro, Director of Community Services re Proposed Full-Time Coordinator of Facility Operations and Senior Services be received for information; AND THAT the Finance and Emergency Services Committee agree to the hiring and financial structure of the full-time Coordinator of Facility Operations and Senior Services for January 2026.

THAT Report RC-23/25 of Amanda Ferraro, Director of Community Services, and Jo-Anne Haley, Coordinator of Facility Operations and Senior Services re Proposal to update the Uxbridge Music Hall Booking Policy be received for information; 6 AND THAT it is recommended that Committee approve the Music Hall Booking Policy. AND THAT the Operation Manual be updated to include this policy under section 2.1 – 2.3.
