THAT Council approve the trade-by-trade procurement model for the construction of the new animal shelter; AND THAT Council authorize the commencement of preliminary work as outlined above, within a capped budget allocation of $170,000 provided the shared budget funding is approved by Scugog Council; AND THAT Council direct staff to engage or designate a qualified construction/project manager to oversee early work and manage trade coordination moving forward; AND THAT Council direct staff to proceed with finalizing detailed trade scopes and pricing for full project execution.
