THAT minutes of the regular meeting of Council of May 26, 2025 be approved.

THAT correspondence items 8.2, 8.3, 8.4, 8.5 and 8.7 be received for information.

THAT correspondence from the Region of Durham regarding a r equest to the Province of Ontario to release the regulations to enable the Region of Durham to proceed with a background study on Transit Station Charge(s) to support the funding and delivery of four new GO stations and Transit-Oriented Communities along the GO Lakeshore East Extension to Bowmanville be received for information.

THAT correspondence from the Town of Georgina regarding the p roposed Amalgamation of Nottawasaga Valley Conservation Authority and Lake Simcoe Region Conservation Authority be received for information.

THAT correspondence from Stephen D. James, Uxbridge Stouffville Heritage Railway regarding i nterest in exploring Rail Heritage between the Towns of Uxbridge and Whitchurch-Stouffville be received for information.

THAT the minutes of the regular meeting of the Public Planning Committee meeting of May 26, 2025 be endorsed.

THAT the minutes of the regular meeting of the General Purpose and Administration Committee meeting of June 2, 2025 be endorsed.

THAT the minutes of the regular meeting of the Public Planning Committee meeting of June 2, 2025 be endorsed.

THAT Report DS-21/25 of Cody Morrison, Chief Planning Official be received for information, THAT Council direct staff to forward a copy of Report DS-21/25 to the Ministry of Natural Resources representing formal Township of Uxbridge comments on the submitted ARA Site Plan Amendment Applications for License Numbers 6591, 6595, 6602, 625401, and THAT a copy of the Report DS-21/25 be provided to the applicant and property owner.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law Nos. 2025-040 to 2025-045 and the same be read a first and second time.

THAT By-law Nos. 2025-040 to 2025-045 be now read a third time, finally passed and the Mayor and Clerk duly sign and seal same.

THAT, in accordance with Section 239 (2) of the Municipal Act, the Council of the Township of Uxbridge resolve into an ‘In Camera’ session at 10:33 a.m. to discuss the following matters: A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by the Municipality - Items 1-4

THAT Council rise from In-camera proceedings at 11:18 a.m with nothing to report.

THAT leave be granted to introduce By-law No. 2025-046 , being a by-law to confirm the proceedings of this regular meeting of Council of June 9, 2025 and the same be read a first and second time.

THAT By-law No. 2025-046 be now read a third time, finally passed and the Mayor and Clerk duly sign and seal same.
