THAT Report PWO 08/26, as amended, by Jamie Miller, Parks and Trails Manager be received for information; AND THAT Council approve the proposed disc golf course design for Quaker Common Park as attached; AND THAT staff proceed with the construction and implementation of the disc golf course in partnership with the successful proponent and the Uxbridge Optimist Club.

THAT Report RC-11/26, as amended, of Amanda Ferraro, Director of Community Services be received for information; AND THAT staff work with the Lawn Bowling Club on a new agreement outlining how utilities and club space will be shared. AND THAT the Coordinator of Facility Operations (facility bookings) works with the Lawn Bowling Club on an on-line calendar and takes over third-party bookings. AND THAT staff prepare a report that includes the final draft of the agreement and a business case quantifying the utilities and expected revenue dollars for this change in the agreement for Council approval.

THAT staff investigate a natural stone option for bollards

THAT Report RC-12/26 of Amanda Ferraro, Director of Community Services be received for information; AND THAT staff proceed with Option 6 to rebuild the pillars in the original location (type B only); AND THAT any unused insurance funds go into the foster reserve account; AND THAT staff obtain quotes to address the critical areas of exterior stone masonry and bring a report back to committee for approval.

THAT Report DS-27/26 for Zoning By-law Amendment Application ZBA 2025-07, to permit an increase in the maximum permitted height and a reduction in the minimum parking requirements for a proposed Hospital and Long-Term Care facility at 4 Campbell Drive, be received for information; AND THAT Council approve Zoning By-law Amendment ZBA 2025-07; AND THAT the implementing Zoning By-law Amendment as attached as “Appendix A” to this report be finalized and forwarded to Council for enactment.

THAT Report BL-04-26 of Hilary Williams, Director of Development Services, By-law & Animal Control be received for information; AND THAT Council approve the removal of the “No Parking Anytime” restriction on Albert Street between Toronto Street North and Railway Street identified in Schedule II of Traffic By- law 2013-184 As Amended;
