THAT Report TR-30/23 of Tobi Lee, Director of Finance/Treasurer be received for information; AND THAT Committee approve that the Mayor and the Director of Finance/Treasurer be authorized to borrow funds in 2024 not to exceed $3,000,000 in order to meet current expenditures and liabilities prior to the collection of taxes; AND THAT Committee approve that a by-law be prepared to authorize borrowing not to exceed $3,000,000.
